Cheeky Kick characters
Four kinds of walker cross the park in Cheeky Kick: joggers (10 points), dogs (15), penguins (20) and rare golden animals worth 5 times as much. Dogs and penguins stop to tease you, which doubles their points, while joggers never stop.
The Jogger
A headband-wearing runner doing laps of the park. Jumps, yelps and sprints off twice as fast when booped. Joggers never stop to tease, so time your shot as they run past.

The Dog
The quickest walker in the park. Every few seconds the dog stops, turns its back to you and wags its behind. That pause is the easiest shot in the game.

- Fast
- Spins
- Every 2.5 to 5 seconds
- Teases

The Penguin
Slow but sneaky: penguins spin around more often than anyone, so their pink cheeks keep switching sides. Worth the most points of the regular walkers.

About 1 in 12 dogs and penguins appears golden and glowing. Any hit on a golden animal scores 5 times its normal points, and a hit while it teases scores 10 times.

Which character should you aim for?
Early in a round, aim for dogs that are teasing: they stand still and pay 30 points before any combo. Penguins pay the most per hit but spin often, so wait until one is walking steadily or wiggling. Joggers are the safest way to keep a combo alive because they move in a straight line and never spin during a tease. Always take a shot at a golden animal when you see one; a single teasing golden penguin is worth 200 points before your multiplier.
How characters react
A booped walker jumps into the air, a word like “BOINK!” or “YOWZA!” pops up, and they run off twice as fast in the direction they were facing. Nobody is hurt, and every reaction is cartoon slapstick.
